These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the solidflowprois gym CRM platform and related services provided by solidflowprois Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all users of our platform, including gym owners, fitness professionals, and authorised personnel who access our CRM system.

Description of Service
solidflowprois provides a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) platform specifically designed for fitness businesses. Our services include member management, class scheduling, payment processing, analytics, and related features to help gym owners improve member retention and streamline operations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without notice or liability.
User Accounts and Registration
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
User Obligations
As a user of our platform, you agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform does not violate any local, national, or international laws, including data protection regulations.

Payment Terms
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with fees as outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We accept payment via credit card, direct debit, and other approved payment methods.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with thirty (30) days' notice to existing customers.
Intellectual Property
The solidflowprois platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by solidflowprois Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or store using our platform. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We aim for 99.5% uptime on an annual basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, solidflowprois Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to solidflowprois in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless solidflowprois Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate your account and access to our services at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. You may request an export of your data within thirty (30) days of termination, after which we may delete your data from our systems.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, you remain liable for any outstanding fees and charges. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and solidflowprois Ltd regarding your use of our services.
